European Insurance Law Review Article – Loss Adjusters in Europe

FUEDI is an open organization communicating via its organisation and its website with the insurance market and beyond. We share with you an analysis of the loss adjusting profession as summarised by the lawyer’s office Kelemenis & Co.

When Kelemenis & Co. proposed the theme of the attached paper to the editorial board of the European Insurance Law Review, they were confident that they could easily get access to EU studies regarding the impact of loss adjusting services on social welfare (avoiding costs of litigation, settling claims, etc), but to their surprise this part of the insurance industry is indeed overlooked at EU-level.

Thankfully, FUEDI provides substantial information regarding the profession of loss adjusting.
